Holiday Survival

You’re Not Alone

Our last meeting of the year was one to hold close to our hearts. As we approach the holidays, we wanted to ensure you all have some extra resources for whatever arises.

Below we’ve provided access to worksheets, ideas of ways to approach the upcoming weeks, and a list of places you can contact if you feel like talking to someone may help

Workbooks and Worksheets

Finding good resources to work through your emotions can be hard, especially when it involves traumatic grief. The first resource is based around surviving the holidays while grieving, while the second one is much more of a general book for coping strategies at any point.

Surviving the Holidays

This workbook from the Grief and Trauma Network’s Anne Marie Lockmyer focuses on the grief around holidays and anniversaries. While not every page may resonate with you, there are some amazing worksheets to look at that may help you in your approach to this holiday season.
